정식 명칭 : Official name: 법인 설립 등기 및 사업자등록Company registration and business licence
등기소와 세무서를 차례로 거칩니다. 상호와 목적은 미리 확인해야 반려되지 않습니다.The registry first, then the tax office. Check the name and business purpose in advance to avoid rejection.

대부분 발급일로부터 3개월까지만 인정됩니다. 가장 마지막에 떼는 것이 안전합니다.Most are accepted for three months. Pull them last, not first.
