단계가 바뀔 때마다 문자와 이메일로 알려 드립니다. 색만으로 알리지 않고 단계 이름과 날짜를 함께 적어 드립니다.You get a text and an email whenever the stage changes — always with the stage name and date, never colour alone.

    서류를 받아 담당 행정사를 배정합니다. 접수번호를 문자로 보내 드립니다.We take in the papers and assign an agent. Your receipt number arrives by text.

    서류 검토Reviewed

    빠진 것과 기한이 지난 것을 찾아 다시 준비합니다. 이 단계에서 대부분의 반려가 걸러집니다.We hunt for gaps and expired dates. Most rejections are caught here.

    관청 제출Filed

    관할 관서에 접수하고 접수증을 보내 드립니다.We file with the competent office and send you the receipt.
